1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phji ("phji," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phji online casino platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). 2.2 Account Registration

You may register only one account with phji. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. When registering an account, you agree to:

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

phji accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT, and 7-Eleven cash deposits, among other payment methods. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You agree that:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phji platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, phji, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if phji has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited with phji in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phji, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., with the seat of arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your phji account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to you, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. phji reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately, and phji may retain any funds in your account if we have reason to believe they were obtained in breach of these Terms.
