I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
On the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your registered email or mobile number. You'll receive a password reset link via email or SMS within 2 minutes. Click the link, create a new password, and log in. If you don't receive the link, check your spam folder or contact support via live chat. Password resets are available 24/7.
Can I have more than one phji account?
No. PAGCOR regulations and phji's Terms & Conditions prohibit multiple accounts per person. Each player is allowed only one account. If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts will be suspended, winnings voided, and deposits returned. Attempting to create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent limits is fraud and may result in permanent bans and legal action.
How do I close my phji account?
Log in, go to Account Settings, and select Close Account. You'll be asked to confirm and provide a reason. Withdraw all remaining balance before closing. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened. Are there any deposit fees?
phji does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may charge their own transaction fees. For example, GCash typically charges ₱15 for cash-in transactions. Over-the-counter deposits at 7-Eleven may incur a small convenience fee set by the store. Cryptocurrency deposits may incur blockchain network fees (gas fees). Check with your provider for their fee structure.
How do I withdraw my winnings from phji?
Log in, go to Cashier, select Withdraw, choose your withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or crypto), enter the amount, and submit. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 10 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers take 1-3 business days. Crypto withdrawals are processed within 1 hour. You must complete KYC verification and meet any bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, ₱500 for bank transfers, and ₱1,000 for cryptocurrency. How does self-exclusion work on phji?
